The pitch is grass, which is fine so long as it does not rain. We can spread out and make the most of the awning.
The site has invested in several hard standings, which may be useful another time.
No 43 looks wide enough to accomodate the van and awning, although the rest are of the usual narrow size as with the Camping and Caravan Club.
After tea and lunch ( re-heated sausage roll) we walked around the site, noting the various changes that have been made.
On our return we spent the rest of the afternoon reading and soaking up the sun.
